DSC-LPU is very excited to announce that a GSoC Expert Mr. Jaideep prasad (SDE at Trell) will be joining us for our event Roadmap to GSoC (Google Summer of Code) 2021.
Mr. Jaideep Prasad is a GSoC'21 Mentor having an amazing experience of 2x GSoCer for years 2020 & 2019.
GSoC is the gateway for students to explore the world of Open Source development and many new developers work under experienced developers in the GSoC program which gives a great exposure to the students.
GSoC Stipend amount for India is $1500.
GSoC team will use a Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) based calculation to determine the stipend. Stipends are paid in two parts, one after each successful evaluation.
First Evaluation (paid July 18): 45%
Final Evaluation (paid August 31): 55%
