About this event

Estonia was the first country in the world to adopt a fully digital tax office, online voting in parliament elections and to launch an e-Residency program. Digitalisation makes running a country cheaper, reduces corruption tremendously and helps with efficiency in tax collection. It also fosters the tech and startup scene, as Estonia has become first in Europe for the number of unicorns (Wise, Bolt, Skype etc) as well as VC investments per capita. Estonia's 100% paperless company registration and management are available to owners of e-Residency digital ID on the same basis as its citizens. In 8 years, we've had 100 000 people receive e-Residency cards and 25 000 companies have been founded by e-residents, including nearly 1000 British-owned entities.

In this webinar Brigitta Sibrits from e-Residency will uncover how Estonia has built a society with 99% of its public services accessible online based on a top-level security digital ID and how e-residents can tap into these opportunities of fully digital company management and lower bureaucracy.
