Sarah Gadd - Head of AI and Artificial Intelligence Solutions at Credit Suisse

Sarah Gadd has over 20 years of experience innovating and implementing change, mostly in Financial Services, but really the skills work anywhere. She enjoys taking businesses that are used to the traditional and introducing new and exciting approaches using suitable technology, from simple business-friendly tools to advanced AI systems. Managed large, diverse and remote teams and present frequently in different forums across topics like Diversity and Ethics, to AI and Deep Learning.


Javier Campos - Vice President/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for UK/EMEA of Experian

Javier Campos is the Head of the Experian DataLabs for UK&I and EMEA. He oversees innovation with an emphasis on the development of new products and services. Pioneering application of Artificial Intelligence in mobile, voice, fraud, credit, marketing, social media, digital advertising and healthcare. Javier is also Advisor to Fenestra, which provides the global advertising market with a new platform using distributed ledger technology. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Javier has 26+ years’ experience globally within the Finance, AI, Market Research, Media and Technology fields including serving as Global Chief Technology Officer at Kantar-WPP, Havas Media and CIO at GroupM-WPP.


Professor James Angel - Academic Director (FinTech) at Georgetown University

Professor Angel specializes in the market structure and regulation of global financial markets, and he has visited over 75 financial exchanges around the world. He teaches undergraduate, MBA, and executive courses, including Fintech, and Investments. ''Dr. Jim'' has testified before Congress about issues relating to the design of financial markets. In addition, he has been quoted in hundreds of newspaper articles and has appeared numerous times on radio and television. Dr. Jim began his professional career as a rate engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric, where he worked on FERC and CPUC related issues. Along the way he has also worked at BARRA (later part of Morgan Stanley) where he developed equity risk models. He has also served as a Visiting Academic Fellow in residence at the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD – now FINRA) and also as a visiting economist at the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He has also been chairman of the Nasdaq Economic Advisory Board, a member of the OTC Bulletin Board Advisory Committee, and has served on the board of directors of the Direct Edge Stock Exchanges (later part of BATS Global Markets). Professor Angel is a co-inventor on 12 fintech patents.


Andrew Ray - Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington D.C

Andrew Ray represents public and private companies, financial sponsors, and investors, including venture capital and private equity firms, entrepreneurs and management teams in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financings, and growth equity transactions. He has transactional experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, government contracts, life sciences, real estate, energy and the not-for-profit sector. Various industry publications and credentialing organizations recognize Andy as a leader in both M&A and in technology, media, and communications law, among other fields. Andy serves as a co-leader of the firm’s financial technology (fintech) industry team, and he previously served as the leader of the firm’s interdisciplinary corporate practice in Washington, DC.


Mike Dewar - Vice President (Data) at Mastercard

Mike Dewar currently serves as the Vice President of Mastercard where has worked for over 5 years. He currently builds products based on algorithms, powered by data bringing upon advanced techniques from data science together with mission-driven experts in order to build next-generation products in novel domains. In the past, Mr Dewar has worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Bitly and Data Scientist at the New York Times.
