One major cause of successful cyber breaches is the human error. You or your company might have the best technologies put in place to protect yourself(s) from hackers but unluckily ending up clicking a malicious link either on a phishing  link. But whose fault is it, the company or the unsuspecting user ? No one is to be blamed in this scenario. The only way to avoid human error is by creating user/staff security awareness training sessions. Awareness sessions make the users/staff aware of different cyber attacks and knowledge of protect themselves against them. This can therefore help reduce the human error.
