The University of Nairobi, through UNES, is leading a USAID/Kenya-funded initiative called HealthIT (University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services). It collaborates with the Ministry of Health of the Government of Kenya (GoK) to help health stakeholders in Kenya make evidence-based decisions. This groundbreaking partnership aims to build national information systems that enable reporting, offer data for decision-making, and improve human capability for health system use, data collection, and reporting.
In the hackathon we're going to tackle a system upgrade for the CPIMS(Child Protection Information System) challenge.
