Android Study Jams: Introductory Session + Beginner Session I

About this event

Hello Everybody!

DSC IIITD is excited to announce that we’ll soon be kicking off Android Study Jams for our chapter.

This is a self-paced event series for people who are interested in developing Android apps with the support of a study group.

There will be two courses pathways:

i) Android basics in Kotlin for people who are new to programming

ii) Android Kotlin Fundamentals for people who have prior programming experience.

This program will guide you through your first steps to Android development in Kotlin - a modern statically typed programming language used by over 60% of professional Android developers and fully interoperable with the Java.

We will be working through a curriculum that is offered by Google on Android development and You’ll learn the basics of programming and how to apply those skills to build basic Android apps in the Kotlin programming language. By the end, You will be able to build a collection of interactive Android apps that showcase what you’ve learned.

Certificates will be provided on completion of the courses and you’ll have a Google developer profile with badges to brag about!!
