Do you wish to get started with open-source contributions? Do you want to earn a T-shirt while learning about GitHub pull requests? Do you want to create a foundation for open-source events such as "Google Summer of Code”? 🧐

GDSCs has joined hands to bring to Getting started with Open Source and about Hacktoberfest. For those who don't know, Hacktoberfest is a month-long celebration of open-source software and has grown to be a movement that encourages giving back to the community! 🤩

Where our speakers Aditya Oberai (DevRel Engineer, Appwrite) and Harsh Bardhan Mishra (GSOC '21) discuss about their experiences in the vast field of Open Source and provide valuable insights for a beginner to get started with the journey of his own.
