The Return Journey Hackathon is a dynamic event focused on building a vibrant Traveller community on The Return Journey platform. Participants, registering in teams of 1 to 4 members, are tasked with developing innovative strategies and prototypes to enhance user engagement and interaction within the community. The event consists of two rounds: the Ideation Round and the Prototype Round. In the Ideation Round, participants are challenged to propose creative product features and strategies that address the needs of travelers, aiming to foster growth and enhance user experience. Submissions for this round are to be made in document format by the deadline specified. Only winners of the Ideation Round proceed to the Prototype Round, where they further develop and prototype their proposed solutions. Detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria for the Prototype Round will be provided to qualifying teams. Throughout the competition, participants are encouraged to demonstrate creativity, technical feasibility, and a profound understanding of user preferences within the travel industry. Winners will be notified via email, and queries can be addressed to the organizers. This event, spanning from March 28 to April 9, 2024, serves as an exciting opportunity for participants to contribute to the growth and success of The Return Journey's Traveller community.
