Object-oriented Programming Series - Episode 1

About this event

The series will introduce the audience to OOP concepts and their importance. Discussion from interview point of view will also take place. Little or no knowledge of Object-oriented programming is expected from the attendees. Arooshi Verma, who has worked as a Product Intern at Adobe, will be delivering this session.

Topics covered in the first session:

- Structural, Procedural and Object-Oriented Programming

- Classes and Objects

- Constructors and Destructors

- Access Specifiers

- Advantages and Disadvantages

A mini-project will also be given at the end of the session so that students get hands-on experience with OOPs. The project will be given as a problem statement in a git repo. Students may provide their solutions by submitting a PR. Ideal solutions will be shared for the attendees' reference.
