The field of Image Processing is a very popular precedent to fields like Computer Vision and to most image-classifiers or deep learning models you will come across in future.
At the end of this session you will be able to:
Understand digital images
 Perform mathematics on images
Apply filtering and various transformations to digital images
Understand human visual perception and the color model
Quick intro to numpy 
Flex about cool stuff
Next session will be on Principles of Computer Vision (if there is a next session, that is).
