As we reach the end of the Android Study Jam Program, an initiative taken by GDSC IIEST and led by Android Study Jam Facilitator Enjamum Hossain, we bring to you the final installment in the series.
The last session will mainly focus on connecting and fetching data from servers.
You'll learn how to establish network connections, and on how to retrieve data from a backend server. You will also be told about Android best practices, such as pointers on performing operations on a background thread.
