The guest of the episode is software developer Raghad Al Harithi at Etharaa Company. We listened to her experience in the labor market as a programmer at Etharaa Company and a volunteer in Huawei’s Future Leaders Club, and her advice to male and female students as graduates and job seekers in an episode titled #Graduate_Advice.

 

Objectives :

 

1. Providing an opportunity for participants to listen and learn from the experiences of the guest of the episode, especially regarding the labor market as a programmer at Etharaa Company and her volunteering in Huawei’s Future Leaders Club.

 

2. Encouraging dialogue and the exchange of ideas and knowledge between the participants and the guest on the topic of the episode, which is “Advice from a Graduate.”

 

3. Providing valuable advice and guidance to male and female graduate students and job seekers, through the episode’s guest’s experience and advice based on her personal experience.

 

4. Strengthening professional ties and networks between participants and the panellist, and the possibility of communication and cooperation in the future.

The meeting focused on several axes:

 

The first axis: An introductory overview of Raghad Al-Harithi.

 

The second axis: Raghad Al-Harthy’s academic journey, which is divided into two parts:

The first section is pre-specialization and the second section is post-specialization. In the first section we talked about why she was attracted to the Information Management Department and how she made the decision to choose the specialization. In the second section we talked about balancing academic life and public life.

 

The third axis: The graduation project, its most prominent challenges, preparation for it, the method of choosing the appropriate idea, and your idea of Raghad Al-Harithi’s graduation project.

 

The fourth axis: The cooperative training journey, its challenges and advice, the importance of the graduation project, its relationship to training, and tips for writing a CV.

 

Fifth axis: Steps and challenges in the job search journey, the importance of LinkedIn and the importance of professional relationships.

 

The sixth topic: Advice for listeners presented by the episode’s guest, Raghad Al-Harithi.

 

The seventh axis: questions from the audience from the listeners.

 

Results :

 

1. Strong interest and participation from the audience.

 

2. Participants were able to listen and learn from the guest’s experiences and benefit from her advice.

 

3. An opportunity was created for participants to listen and learn from the guest’s experience, encourage dialogue and exchange of ideas and knowledge, provide valuable advice and guidance to graduates and job seekers, and strengthen professional connections.

 

4. Several topics were discussed during the meeting, including an introductory overview of Raghad Al Harithi, the guest’s academic journey, the graduation project and its challenges, the cooperative training journey, job search, and advice for listeners.

 

5. Professional ties and networks between the participants and the panellist were strengthened, opening the door to the possibility of communication and cooperation in the future.
