The Info Session and Hands-on Lab on Web Development will be held on 25th January 2022. The various techniques and tools used by the different types of devices for communication over the internet are referred to as “Web Technology”. It includes WWW, Web Browser, Web Server, Web Pages, Web Development. In our day-to-day life, we participate in these processes knowingly and unknowingly, but as a developer, it is very important to know about these concepts and the working of these technologies in depth.

Web Development refers to the building, creating and maintaining of websites. It can be classified as Frontend Development and Backend Development. The former is the part of the website, to which the users interact directly. The latter is the server-side of the website, to which the users can't see or interact directly.

In this session, we will talk about Frontend Development, Bootstrap and some of the languages used in building frontends such as HTML, CSS and Javascript.
