In this speaker session, we are joined by Wojtek Mruczkiewicz of the Google Quantum AI team.
In his presentation, you will learn more about the architecture of Google's quantum processors (basics of hardware and how it translates to qubits and gates as well as the 2019 supremacy experiment). Wojtek will further talk about NISQ (noisy intermediate-scale quantum) experiments as well as Google's error correction efforts and plans.
This event will take place in person at ETH Zürich. Only registered participants may attend the event, and masks must be worn at all times. A COVID certificate is required (vaccinated, recovered, or tested).

Wojtek studied Computer Science at Poznan University of Technology in Poznan, Poland and is a software engineer working at Google in Zürich.
