*** Register and join via the RSVP button *** Ever heard about Competitive Programming? Competitive Programming (in short, CP) involves solving logical or mathematical programming tasks by implementing efficient algorithms. You may think that CP is just a mind sport, but CP is recognized and supported by most tech companies, including FAANG, which ask coding questions similar to those you would face in these competitions. So, whether you want to level up your coding skills, get hired by those companies or are just looking to connect with other enthusiast competitive programmers, this event is for you! 🤓 In this virtual talk, Amin Moghaddam, International Olympiad in Informatics gold medalist and ICPC competitor, will introduce Competitive Programming to us. He will give tips on how to approach the problems and how to get started. Moreover, he will talk about his CP experience. In the second part, we will solve one of these problems together and see what are the key insights that an experienced competitor can give us. We hope to see you soon! See also our upcoming events
