In this talk, we will explore how taking part in data science competitions on the Kaggle platform, a company that is part of Google Alphabet, can help you acquire hands-on experience and stay ahead of recent and relevant methods and algorithms, together with Luca Massaron, the Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning and Kaggle Grandmaster who reached no.7 in the worldwide user ranking. 🏆

In recent years, the development and the speed of adoption of machine learning technologies in real World applications have been exceptional by previous standards. From the practitioner's point of view, study curricula and previous field experience are being constantly challenged by new methods and new applications. Competitive data science offers a way for learning by doing and a way to refresh your knowledge constantly.
