The Google Developer Student Clubs is a global community of over 2100+ universities focusing on developing solutions for community problems by using Google Technologies. To introduce this prestigious student club in Dawood University, we are hosting a "Launch Event" on 19th September, 2022 at the DUET Seminar Hall. Our GDSC Lead, Mohammed Arqum Khan is the main speaker for this event and his objective would be to provide a proper intro of the GDSC to the Dawoodians.

This event is also sponsored by Hail. Technologies, an IT/Software firm focusing on providing digital marketing and other IT Services to companies and organizations that are having trouble promoting themselves in the online world. We also have Muhammad Usman and Asad as representatives and special guest speakers in this event. Other faculty special guests include Dawood UET's honorable Vice Chancellor, Dr. Faizullah Abbasi and the Department of Computer Systems Engineering Chairman, Dr. Saleem Ahmed.

This is the first event of this chapter and we now aim to host bigger, better and more productive events in the future after this!
