Demo Day is an opportunity for you and your team to showcase a project that you have been working on this semester in front of a panel of judges and our developer community. It’s a great opportunity to develop a portfolio ready solution with your friends using tech, and practice public speaking in front of industry professionals. Capstone project submissions are also highly encouraged.

Every student/team, who submits a project, will get a free swag!!!*

Keep in mind that the Solution Challenge is coming up this February, so if you want to learn more about it and start working on your submission ahead of time, then Demo Day is a great way to practice.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 members (we will allow individual submissions, but you try to find teammates on our Discord #find-a-team channel)
• Project must be started after September 1st, 2021
• Your project should be open source
• Submit your project through filling out this form (the form will be available closer to the event; your group will be registered when you submit your project)
• You must be a current Conestoga College student
• You must be an official member of our club (if you are not one yet, please fill out the form here)

Judging criteria

Impact - 30 pts

Implementation - 50 pts

Presentation - 20 pts
