GitHub is a service for hosting Git repositories, but it also includes many of its own services. While GitHub offers a Web-based graphical interface, Git is a command line programme. Additionally, it offers project-specific work management tools, access control, and a number of collaboration capabilities like wikis.
We will do our best to assist you in this workshop as you begin working on your first open source contribution. We'll go over the fundamentals of Git, Github, and open source contribution.
