On November 26th, 2023, a group of technology enthusiasts gathered at the Business and Technology University conference hall to discuss GoLang, a popular programming language. The event was organized by the GDSC BTU and was open to everyone interested in learning more about this language.
The event started with a brief introduction by the host, who welcomed everyone and gave a brief overview of the agenda for the day. The first speaker was Tornike Razmadze, an experienced software engineer with proficiency in Go. He gave a detailed presentation on the history of GoLang, its creation, and the reason behind its creation. He explained that GoLang was created to address some of the common issues faced by developers in other programming languages, such as slow compilation times, complex syntax, and lack of concurrency support. Tornike also talked about the philosophy behind GoLang, which is to keep things simple, reliable, and efficient.
After TOrnike's presentation, the audience had the opportunity to ask him some questions. There were several interesting questions about the development process, the design choices made by the creators, and the future of GoLang.
The event wrapped up with a panel discussion featuring Tornike Razamadze, and a few other GoLang experts. The panel answered some more questions from the audience and discussed some of the challenges faced by GoLang developers, such as dependency management and generics.
Overall, the event was a great success, and the attendees left with a better understanding of GoLang and its benefits. We promised to hold more events like this in the future to help promote and educate people about this amazing programming language.
