Join us for our Flutter Study Jam 3: Firebase for Flutter! We’ll create a Flutter app that uses Firebase that allows individuals to vote for a start-up name! 

Today we will learn how to:

• Create and configure a Firebase project
  
• Connect and use a database
  
• Add interactivity
  

By using:

• Stateful + stateless widgets
  
• Firebase console
  
• Firebase Cloud Firestore
  

To participate you'll need:

• Flutter installation
  
• VSCode installation
  
• Programming experience
• Have the starter code handy
• When we create our new Flutter app, we will copy paste the contents from the starter code into our main.dart file
• Recommended: create a Firebase account beforehand 
• Optional: attendance in previous workshops
