UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are essential for students to learn because they play a crucial role in the design and development of modern digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications. A good UI/UX design can improve the overall user experience by making products easier to use, faster to learn, and more satisfying to interact with. By learning about UI/UX, students can gain skills and knowledge that are highly sought after by employers in various industries, including tech, design, and marketing. Additionally, UI/UX skills can also be useful for students who are interested in entrepreneurship and creating their own products.
In this event, we will learn more about UI/UX design for we will dig into its comprehensive introduction. Figma and Adobe XD are our main mediums for this event, so expect more learning in dealing with this software.

In his free time, Dev enjoys drawing circles and rectangles, showcasing his artistic skills and creativity.
Joanna is a Magna Cum Laude Fresh Grad at Cristal e-College. She is now a UI/UX Designer who has a passion for creating user-centered digital products that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Joanna has been a Lead and a current Mentor at GDSC CeC, where she is responsible for overseeing the design and event management. In addition to her work at GDSC CeC, Joanna also served as the Marketing Team Lead at KadaKareer, where she was responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts for the organization and ensuring that the brand was effectively communicated to the target audience.
