Advancing our mission to bridge the gap between theory and practice in technology, this event discussing project management is an onsite event for GDSC BU members to learn about the basic principles, methodologies, and frameworks of project management. The event shall cover two major discussion points: an introduction to project management, and Agile in action among teams. At the end of the seminar, participants are expected to have strong understanding and deep familiarity with project management basics and how it is used effectively in teams in the tech industry.
