About this event

GDSC BITD is organizing an amazing event “Octoweek” filled with a lot of learnings and fun. In this event, you are going to learn about Github and its features.

Octoweek is a one-week-long event that is going to make you know the inside out of GitHub. The basics of GitHub, GitHub actions, and profile building will be covered in this event.

There will be five sessions in the week:

  1.  Introductory session
  2.  GitHub 101
  3.  GitHub Action
  4.  Building your profile and Project Readme
  5.  Readme Review and closing ceremony

The dates for the Octoweek is from 14th March to 17th March 2022.

The event is going to take place on the campus of Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg & we are going to stream this as well. This is open for all.
