About this event

Dive into the epic details of the hottest 12-day coding showdown where innovation meets sustainability! Don't miss out on the chance to win up to 25,000 pesos, Hackers! πŸ’»βœ¨

HackFest 2024 is a 12-day event with a blend of both onsite and online technical workshops, webinars, consultations, and a hackathon. Throughout the event, students can put into practice the skills they've acquired in these sessions by developing innovative digital solutions that solve problems and serve the community. They will showcase these creations in competition against other participating teams.

The participating teams will ideate and build effective and sustainable solutions based on the case provided. An online consultation will be hosted after the prompt release to address any questions from the participants. Teams will then have ample time until elimination round to refine and develop their technological solutions and marketing strategy, culminating in the submission of a 2-5 minute audio-visual presentation outlining their proposed solution. The top finalists will present their final proposals and high-fidelity prototypes onsite at the Ateneo de Manila University.
