About this event

DSC-Loyola is committed to supporting various communities that support advocacies, while also serving as an avenue to learn and educate others about technology and its place in society.

Taking our mission and our advocacy a step further, Workshops for a Cause is an initiative where in exchange for a minimum donation fee, participants are able to attend a workshop that covers various Technology topics. 100% of the proceeds from this entry fee are given to our partner beneficiary, regardless of the amount.

So far, DSC-Loyola has concluded our first workshop, Intro to Github taught by the CEO and President, Harvey Jay Sison for our partner beneficiary, Project: SWITCH! The W4AC was able to raise P3,200 with 24 participants to the workshop.

In the coming months, DSC-Loyola will be partnering with more partner-beneficiaries, each month having a different technology workshop and advocacy to support.
