This workshop session will introduce participants to the popular Node.js web framework, Express Js. The session will begin with an overview of what Express Js is and how it is used to develop powerful and scalable web applications. Participants will then learn how to install and require Express Js in their projects, as well as how to set up a new route using Express Js.
Throughout the session, participants will also learn about the HTTP request methods GET and POST, and how to use them to add content to their newly created route. The session will include hands-on exercises to reinforce the concepts taught, and participants will have the opportunity to work on a small project to put their newfound skills to use.
By the end of this session, participants will have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Express Js and will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to start building their own powerful web applications using this popular framework.
