Android Study Jams: Prior Programming Experience 4

Android Trivia app, Charade app, Track My Sleep app, all have one thing in common: they're all offline apps. But what about connecting to the internet? That is what we'll look at the final session in the Android Study Jams 2020 program. We'll also look at repositories and the world of UI so you can add to the aesthetics of your app See you at the session!

About this event

12 Apps. 7 Sessions. 2 Tracks. 1 Course. We've covered it all over the past 1 month, from setting up Android Studio to creating interactive apps and from styling an app to storing data locally. But there are still a couple of things left before you can launch yourself into the world of Android App Development and start to build real-world applications.

All our apps till now have never gone beyond local data. What about getting data from the internet? What about loading images from the internet? We'll answer these questions and more by covering topics such as Retrofit, Repositories, Glide, etc. So do join me for the final session of ASJ 2020 and complete your journey as a beginner Android App Developer

See you at the session and let's Jam out!
