Dive deeper into Android App Development. Building on the concepts of the first session, the second one covers the fourth pathway of Track 1. It also looks at Layouts and introduces new concepts in Kotlin such as data types, conditionals, and others. Finally, you'll build a more interactive and sleeker app as compared to the Birthday Card App

About this event

Welcome back! The first session looked at the basics of programming, basics of Koltin, and introduced you to Android Apps and Android Studio with the Birthday Card App. This subsequent session covers the fourth pathway of Track 1 and dives deeper into Android Studio, the code in the starter project, a couple of new Views, and much more. It also focuses more on Kotlin, introducing you to the idea of conditionals, data types, classes, and a few other concepts as well

Finally, you'll be building an interactive app putting together the concepts covered in this pathway. This session has quite a bit compared to the previous one, so get ready!
