Daria Hemmerling is a researcher, developer, and associate professor. She is passionate about audio-related – voice, speech, and music processing. She does enjoy programming and solving problems that require analytical skills. She has a PhD in voice and speech quality quantification. She is always open and enthusiastic about new ideas and looks forward to investigating them in her work. She was awarded by Federal Assistance Award funded by the U.S Department of State, the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research in Singapore, the Polish Ministry of Higher Education, and the National Center for Research and Development in Poland. She was also a fellow at Ivey Business School in Canada. Currently, she is working on speech processing to detect various diseases, mixed reality implementation in healthcare, and biosignal transfer via mid-air haptic technology. She loves traveling, sailing, and meeting new people in her free time.
Artur Jurgas is a researcher working in the field of artificial intelligence, focusing on deep neural network applications for medical imaging. He graduated from Biomedical Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology. Artur has a commercial experience at MedApp. He is also a researcher at at MedGIFT Group in Switzerland and AGH University of Science and Technology.
